Policy

All services are subject to New York sales Tax.
A 15-20% gratuity is customary and appreciated!
We cannot accept Gift Cards for gratuities.
A major credit card is required to hold your appointment(s).
Services will not be refunded once performed.
Coupons cannot be combined with any discounted services or packages.
All prepaid services and gift certificates have a one year expiration time unless specified otherwise.
Day spa packages, gift certificates and pre-paid treatments series cannot be shared.
A 50% deposit is required for package and multiple services.
Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or services.
You can purchase gift certificates 24/7 online or on premises.
For your convenience, we accept Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and Debit.
We do not accept personal checks.

Cancellations or rescheduling

72 hours notice for parties of 3 or more.
48-hour for multi-service (packages) cancellations.
24-hour notice for single-service cancellations.

No shows or cancellations made after the recommended time will be billed in full.
